We schedule the land survey to record the property lines, topography, and setbacks.

We deliver two different designs—one that matches your vision and one that stretches your imagination—to hone in on your ideal home.

Develop
After reviewing the two design options, we select, combine, and adjust until your build is exactly what you want.

DOCUMENT
We draft and submit the final design to the city, HOA, and the contractor for approval and bidding.

ADVOCATE
We stay involved through the construction phase, acting as your liaison with the contractor to ensure the process goes smoothly.
